We issue refunds for digital products within  7 days of the original purchase of the product.

We provide 7 days unconditional, no question refund. We may deduct 3% transaction charge to provide the refund. After 7 days if the client’s website is not working and our team unable to solve the issue on customer request we may perform a refund of remaining months. The refund is totally depended on our team verification. If there is no server related issue and having script, coding or development related issue we will not proceed any refund. Some products like Domain, SSL certiface are not come under refund policy.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
